Delivery period

* SPAIN and PORTUGAL (Except Canarias, Baleares, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira)

Generally, orders for delivery on the Spanish mainland will be performed within a period of 24/48 hours whenever the product is in stock in our store and always referring to working days.
Should the case arise in which an extraordinary situation meant the delay in shipping of an order, we will contact you personally.

Shipments are made by national transport agency.

* SPAIN (the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla)

Orders for the Canary Islands will take between 3 and 10 days approximately from reception of payment and whenever the product is in stock in our store. Customs duty is not normally included in the cost, if the order contains just one or two items it is unusual for the order to be retained at Customs, for larger orders, you must take into account the delivery period may depend on Customs. Deliveries will be made by the State Postal Agency.

Depending on the country, between 2 and 7 working days from reception of payment and whenever the product is in stock in our store.

* UNITED STATES, CANADA and ISRAEL

Between 3 and 5 working days from reception of payment and whenever the product is in stock in our store.

* OTHER COUNTRIES AND CONTINENTS (Africa, America, Asia and Oceania)

Depending on the country and the International Mail service offered, normally, between 3 and 20 days approximately from reception of payment and whenever the product is in stock in our store.

Products are not shipped on weekends or public holidays, and for this reason, if you place an order on Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday, it will be handled on the subsequent working day after said order was placed.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Should you choose to make payment via bank deposit or transfer, the order will not be considered as placed until the financial department receives confirmation from the bank of the deposit or transfer.
