Warranty and refunds

The articles offered in our online store are endorsed by major commercial companies and fulfil the same requirements in terms of quality and guarantees as the products sold in our physical stores. Offering the highest levels of quality and the most complete guarantee forms our long-standing commitment with our clients.
In accordance with the applicable legislation in force regarding warranties for consumer goods, our products are guaranteed from the date on the purchase invoice, although in the first six months any defects found in the product will be presumed to correspond to a manufacturing error, except when proven otherwise, the consumer must provide evidence that said defect is indeed a factory fault.
zapatosdebaile.com will process the guarantee with the technical service of the product’s manufacturer. Once the article has been analysed by said technical services team, one of the following situations will occur::

* The technical services team fixes the product and returns it to the client.
* The technical services team replaces the product for a new one. In this scenario, the same article will ALWAYS be replaced, (except when the same is out of stock).
* The technical services team deems the product has no manufacturing defect and does not undertake exchange or repair. In this scenario, the original product will be returned to the client.



The client may exchange any article not to their liking or that does not fit them whenever the following conditions are fulfilled:

The client has a period of 15 calendar days from the date of reception of the goods to return a product. The essential requirements to be able to carry out a refund are:
* That the product is new, without signs of use, with the box and original labels duly wrapped.
* That the product has not been tampered with.
* The original invoice or receipt of purchase.

If the product meets the above conditions the customer can change the item for any other size or another model that we have in stock, the costs of returning the product will be borne by the customer, as well as customs charges if any.

Once the product has been received in our store, and following the verification of the state of the same, the article will then be refunded. Refunds will be admitted for erroneous shipments, with our company bearing the shipping costs whenever the customer notifies us of this within a period of 10 days from the date of reception of the shipment.

To carry out the refund of a garment, you must inform us and send us an e-mail beforehand to: joseluis@robertogarrudo.com indicating in the subject matter REFUND and providing in the email your purchase details including your name, telephone number or order reference number, etc.

Once the product has been received, we shall inform you as swiftly as possible as the most suitable manner of performing said refund, the means of and shipping costs accrued for the subsequent shipping of the same.

VERY IMPORTANT: You must include inside the box a note indicating the size and model you want, your name, address, telephone number, copy of the purchase receipt, number or reference of the order in order to identify it and process the change of your order as soon as possible, thus reducing the waiting time during the entire process.
